Four Graces Pilates Studio is the premier Oklahoma Host Site for Balanced Body University (BBU)!

Four Graces is excited to offer potential Pilates Instructors the opportunity to become certified through BBU. Balanced Body is recognized nationally and internationally in the Pilates community and is known for its high-quality standards.

The BBU program is set up in modules so you can complete the course at your own pace and make the program work for you. Certifications are offered in Mat and Reformer as well as Full Certification (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels).
